Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The buyer must be responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

A full refund ( *Minus shipping fee and handling fee of 6% ) for unused and unopened products.

 

*A partial refund ( *Minus shipping fee and handling fee of 6%) For example, damaged packaging. Partial refund amount at the discretion of our quality assurance team, based on inspection of returned product.

 

No refund if the product is damaged / unusable. No refund or return on items sold on "final sale". No refund for items sold on "sale".

 

In order processing time, cancel the order

 

Our shop will charge a handling fee of 6% of the total order amount. The reason is that the customer’s credit card company charged us a 4% fee and 2% to the bank currency conversion fee.

 

CAN YOU CANCEL AN ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY?

 

We understand this can happen, ordering a product then suddenly filled with buyers remorse! If this happens to you, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel your order before it's going in the delivery pipeline.
If your order has already dropped into the processing phase, we are unable to stop the shipping process. Therefore, you will have to return your order for a refund by reaching out for the return during our normal 30 days return policy.
