How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free! We will cover the basic shipping cost. You only need to pay what you buy. If you want to use the courier you preferred, you only need to pay the extra cost incurred.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
We cover duties and taxes for all shipments purchased on 2nusunglasses.com. You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price.
How long will delivery take?
We generally ship orders within 1 business day of when you place your order; this may extend to 2 business days if there is a public holiday.
Delivery time is based on the destination. It will be shown on the checkout page. We'll send you a tracking number after the shipment leaves the warehouse.
What if I refuse delivery?
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
What's your return policy?
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible 2NU items within 10 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.
What's not eligible for return? We are not able to offer returns on crowdfunded items, pre-ordered items sold at a discount and/or products marked "final sale".
What's the return process?
Return parcels must be sent to a specific address in Hong Kong. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.
